Services Offered:

• Psychoeducational and neuropsychological assessments

• Ongoing counseling with students

• Parent/family support

• Assisting parents with navigating the IEP or 504 process

• Consultation with school staff and/or other professionals after assessment

• Development of positive behavior management plan

All assessments include:

• Intake interview with parent(s)

• Review of student records — educational , medical, psychological, etc.

• Interviews with school staff and/or other professionals (as appropriate)

• Student behavioral observations (at school and at my office)

• Individual student assessment

• Conference with parents to review assessment results

• Comprehensive psycho-educational report

• Practical strategies for home and school

• Resources for additional information and assistance (as needed)

• Conference with student to review assessment results
